The cord given w/ it did NOT work Had to spend $30 on replacement charge cord to even use it 1st time. But I VOLUNTARILY CHOSE not to message seller and didn't ask them to replace cord or for any refund. & With new cord I bought, it works wonderfully, and I'm very happy with my laptop! Just cost $30 more than expected! A+ overall!

The laptop was securely packed in bubble wrap, is meticulously clean, and works perfectly. On my doorstep two days after purchasing it. I was not expecting the CPU to react quickly like new, but there is no lag time after a click. Needed a Windows based laptop to program my amateur radios and this more than fits the bill. Outstanding seller too! Five stars!

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
