An itemized invoice was provided but if any parts were replaced they were not returned to me when the unit was sent back repaired. I'm just happy to have the unit in working order again. Thanks! I am now listening to cassettes I haven't heard in years! Prell is highly recommended and the price for service is exceptional. I will be sending in more players due to their excellent communication and work.

Furthermore, the battery did not come with a plastic connector and the battery was overinflated and could have created a fire risk if it was used as a replacement. The item is overpriced for the quality I got. When attempting to contact the seller multiple times, I would be left on delivered and ignored, I have still to this day not received a single reply to my urgent messages.
