The figure is in great condition and the quality is great as well. The appearance is perfect looked exactly what the photos showed and the price was decent. Had to return and go with another listing that cost twice as much who also charged for shipping just to get the right colors. Two stars because it cost me time, more money and because it's not hard to do research on something as popular as Pokemon badge designs. Pics attached show the colors from this seller vs the colors from the one I went with afterwards.

It's worth far more than the $34 I paid for it. The shipping was insanely fast. The seller shipped it so quickly, I got it three days later. And that was only because of the weekend. I'd have gotten it in only two days if it hadn't been for that. AAA+ seller!
