I can't believe how he INSISTED he cancelled my order and he didn't! Ebay told me to file a report on him. So here is what I can tell you. He had to basically tell me I didn't know how to order! We gave the option to cancel the order which we did, but as she paid with a gift card, Ebay has delayed the refund, it has nothing to do with us. A screen shot of the cancelation was sent to the buyer as proof of the cancelation. We did our part; the rest is in Ebay's hands. Buyer states she is having nightmares over this, so we are collecting funds for her therapy. Want to chip in??

Seller was awesome and filed the claim and shipped off the replacement immediately. Arrived within days and is perfect. This seller is A++++. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Customer service and communication are key and they delivered 100 percent. Thank you again!
