    *I did not receive this item* But I would still like to leave a positive feedback. They immediately let me know that the item could not be found and returned my money. They did not make me wait.     This heat press arrived in new condition, and works as advertised. It was packaged well in its original foam material, and made it here safely. Shipping was fast, but I would’ve preferred tracking info, which wasn’t an option with FedEx ground for some reason. No problems whatsoever, thank you for the fast service. 5/5, quality seller.
