It’s a modern design- tall and slim- and didn’t have an integral ash pan or grill for the logs to sit on. There was a huge pile of ash in the bottom of the stove that was tricky to remove due to the minimal internal dimensions. I contacted Brendan with specific measurements and a few days later, my new ash pan was in my stove. Coupled with the new grill, I’m ready to make a fire 🔥

I recieved regular contact and guidance. The products that I recieved were of excellent quality. Not to mention cost effective, somewhat cheaper than others offering the same service.
