I did send an email.mail requesting new delivery and courier info. They didn't respond. It arrived the next day. The courier service did advise me that they would be delivering that day. However, when the pots finally arrived I was more then satisfied with the over all condition/ size. They'd also been securely packaged. I contacted the seller and received an immediate and helpful response. We had a few back and forths as we partook in a comedy of errors and the seller was fantastic. He recalled the item and had already sent off a replacement using my preferred courier. The plant pots themselves were perfect, good and sturdy. But the customer care I received was outstanding.
