I have an intermittent boot issue, but I'm certain that's a conflict between the B550 chipset and the GTX 3060 Ti video card - such is life. It's been a while and unfortunately I forget the exact specifics as to what was wrong (I've worked on several computers since then), but the root cause may have been a marginal/failing PSU.
