Fast shipping via FedEx, who carefully placed the box on our porch, instead of flinging it in the neighbors shrubs like they have several times on other deliveries. Excellent packing, so no damage occurred in transit. The item is exactly like the photo and description. The price seems very reasonable for the quality of the product, and after wrestling with the parts, we were able to fit it all together. Overall, extemely pleased with the experience! 5 stars for sure!

He was bubble wrapped but we're his nose is there is a hole in the bubble wrap, from being jiggled around durning shipping causing a chunk of paint to come off the nose 2. Missed spots of paint - chunks of paint in the ears and nose 3. Mannequin has greenish lips 4. Waiting to hear back from seller I am going to give 3 stars because of looking realistic
