    Received all parts as listed. However, I have not received lower control arms ordered separately but shortly before these parts were ordered. I was charged for both orders separately but the orders shared the same shipping tracking number and only one of the two items ever were delivered. I emailed but still waiting for response back.

    Great response time to questions. My only observation would be to inform the customer that they'll be shipping this kit in two separate shipments to avoid questions. I received a box and my items said delivered and showed the picture with four shocks, but only two were in the box. The customer does not know that another box is on the way, so it leads to inquiry and a bit of skepticism at first. But Bold was great to work with. Items not installed yet, but the shipment end was good.
