He sent the earbuds i& charging case with no accessories, no instructions, no charging cord. An open box item is supposed to be functional and include all accessories. When I asked him to supply me with the accessories he said he would not. He said I should’ve known that they wouldn’t be there.I had to buy a new power cord costing half the price of the earbuds. I believe this is a dishonest seller. Beware.
