- k***o- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Hace más de un añoCompra verificadaCable was not suitable for my modem as it connects up to a so called full fibre optic connection when from the connection box to my router it’s a copper connection so how’s that full broadband so seller was very helpful in making up another cable in which will hopefully work to the needs of working from a full fibre connection only to use a copper telephone line but would definitely recommend the seller and his products as he goes beyond the help you would normally expect definitely recommend👍

Had been using the original flat grey with purple plugs cable that came with the NowTv router .

Royal Mail's response was typically NOTHING. But fully-tracked replacements from supplier received pre-10am Sunday morning. Exactly what I wanted: A cost effective solution to the BT VOIP switch over as I will now be able to retain my internal wired phone set up without any hassle. Definitely an 'own goal' by BT to miss out on this aspect of customer service - but what else can you really expect from them these days when they all WFH!
