My last purchase I had an issue with the Plantronics unit that attached to the Xbox controller. I reached to the vendor and they could not have been nicer. They were easy to deal with and fast. They could not exchange the item, but they issued a refund, which I used to buy another one. I would absolutely buy again.

The seller refunded my money and told me not to worry about returning the item, so that was nice. Even though the purchase didn't work out I appreciated the sellers responsiveness regarding the return. I would absolutely do business with them again.
