Removed 1 screw to remove the motor and pulled the connector off and installed it on the new motor and installed the new motor. Put cover on bottom of microwave. Plugged in and the Sharp Microwave running fine. Perfect fit.

Yes, he did say to return for a refund, but why should I pay for return at my expense for seller pushing a defective item. Especially for $4 worth of merchandise, shipping would cost more. I got one good one out of two which is all I needed. I only reported this to let potential customers know that this seller DOES NOT offer good customer service.
