It is just a piece of plastic that opens the 13A socket and allows the two pin plug to enter. In my opinion this is not satisfactory. Furthermore the UK shaver and toothbrush plug pins are too close together and too wide - it would only work on EU plugs. I have given positive for the seller as they refunded me promptly and unconditionally.

However, my electric toothbrush was too narrow to fit into the two remaining holes, as was my husband's, who has a different branch and model toothbrush. Pretty useless, but the seller did refund without the need to post back, and so I'm not going to leave negative feedback.
