It is just a piece of plastic that opens the 13A socket and allows the two pin plug to enter. In my opinion this is not satisfactory. Furthermore the UK shaver and toothbrush plug pins are too close together and too wide - it would only work on EU plugs. I have given positive for the seller as they refunded me promptly and unconditionally.

Contents initially looked ok, but when unravelled they did not match. I asked for the offending set to be changed as the sets had to be the same. The seller replied with sarcasm saying 'they had clearly stated in description that the sets were connectable'. This was not my complaint! The seller was very evasive and unhelpful.
