The lack of customer service skills are truly appalling. Do not ever deal with this low-grade seller under any circumstances. Crownjesters would do well to improve unbelievably awful spelling, and improve hostile manner.

Unfortunately it didn't quite fit right (maybe me?) but the seller didn't quibble about issuing a full refund when I returned it. Also. communications were excellent throughout. Thank you. Ordered the shirt in plenty of time for a special occasion and it was dispatched as promised. It then disappeared in the mists of time and space which is our postal service. I contacted the seller (with now less than a week to said occasion) and a replacement shirt was delivered within 48 hours! This is the kind of eBay seller everybody wants! A fantastic, quality product! E-Bay at its very best!!
