It arrived through international shipping and was In excellent condition. Seems to be worth the value and is blue in appearance. Every component appears to be labeled and is soldered onto the PCB with professional quality. The only negative thing I can think of is the fact that due to it's small size and how tight the cartridge port is on a Vic-20, it is rather difficult to remove once it is secured in the cartridge port.
