I am going to be in a northern location where the lakes are cold and I wanted something to insulate and warm my feet as well as make walking the rough shoreline more comfortable. I was buying these from another seller on eBay but the batteries were not in a sealed package and some batteries lasted for 4 days in a tealight candle & others only lasted 1 day. I think the seller was mixing new & old stock because they were in a loose container.
