I contacted the vendor and they sent me the correct sized case at no extra charge. Amazing customer service! I made a mistake and they corrected it at their expense. He actually got item to USPS and got it shipped that day. The screen protector was new in original box it was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a bubble wrap envelope. The screen protector case fits my S10 phone perfectly and the clear clean screen makes my phone look like new and functions perfectly. iTough is an AAAAAA** Seller.
