Once I received the item, I noticed it was seriously damaged presumably from shipping and handling. After returning it to the seller, they claim I switched boxes on them and is now trying to scam the system. Returned box was crushed as you've described but the item inside also has many creases/faded color that couldn't be caused by crushed shipping box. Most importantly the hidden mark was gone?
