Item arrived in tear proof grey poly mailer inside it, the Support Insoles. The Support Insoles were outside their packaging and the box was completely flattened suggesting the items were loose inside the poly mailer bag. There was no bubble wrapping protecting the Support Insoles or the box of the Support Insoles. Item arrived in okay condition and looked alright in appearance. Thanks.
