First time the R1 button was broken and they fixed it right up (still works and repair was done March 2023). This time it was stick drift and now I don't have stick drift. I have one of those Xbox controllers that you customize on Microsoft's website and it was a gift from my wife so I want to fix it instead of buying new. This company is great and I highly recommend them.
