Luckily it didnt affect the center of the lens but the laser does not read properly, it spools up, stops, then spools up and reads. This is not normal behavior but it does work. The sled was great quality. I'm glad it works but my confidence in buying more for the price isnt great.

But I could not dismantle the worm drive due to not having the proper screwdriver. If you are trying to fix your Xbox, and don't know how to soldier, get this unit.

Got because i read the reviews saying this would work out of the box. Just can't get this Xbox to read discs. It'll spin for a couple seconds then the open tray option appears. Maybe I got a dud I'm not sure

The delivery took longer than expected but was not the seller’s fault was USPS fault, they lost the package and was going from place to place but all good and you can buy from this seller any time. I will give everything 5 starts as I explained shipping was not his fault, and shipping price it’s what it’s everything getting more expensive.
