    I contacted 3 times asking for specifics before the purchase and never got a response. So comms. Sucked. But, for the price I was willing to take a chance. I honestly didn't expect anything at all to come in the mail let alone the right thing in such perfectly appropriate Packaging. They even marked all the torqued bolts and used a punch by hand to mark the ratio. I would give 5 stars but man was I worried I just threw $210 into limbo. $700+ part for $210. Worth it for me. Shipping was on point

    Items arrived in separate boxes days apart. Not mentioned on the invoice that there were two separate shipments, so I contacted them about the missing items. Their response from the contact was exceptionally slow. They didn't mention two separate shipments so I filed a return request. Two days later the rest of the shipment arrived and it is exactly what we needed. Better customer response time would have saved a lot of headaches. I also have an eBay store.
