All the items I have ordered thus far have been great, just as described / pictured. Their packaging was appropriate for the items and even placed "Fragile" stickers on the packaging. Unfortunately, USPS really beat up the box but and some damage was done to the internal packaging of the items themselves, without damaging the actual items - not the seller's fault. Items were shipped & delivered very quickly and in great condition. It was also packaged SO well, which was such a good thing because despite the box being labeled as “fragile”, the package itself arrived a bit damaged (clearly due to delivery service, not the seller). But had they not wrapped and packaged the items so well, they could have shown up in not so perfect shape. 10/10
