The item showed up with a broken frame and within minutes of letting the seller know they refunded my money. It was packaged well and everything else. It was a great buy for the money. The item was as described, and the shipping was more than on time. I will definitely buy from the seller again. You cannot blame them at all whether it was a shipping problem or whatever they took care of it right away.
