Item as described if not better. Top seller, will definitely consider using again. Didn't have to communicate but I imagine that would have been fine if needed. Item very well priced, in terms of appearance and quality; the monitor looks like new, came with all cables including HDMI and DisplayPort as well as a USB (not sure what that is for though but it came with it nonetheless!)
