    Unfortunately although this arrived with packaging in good condition, there was a fault with the pedal that made it unusable. The seller was excellent in resolving this and issued a full refund immediately. Communication from this seller was excellent. The package arrived earlier than scheduled and they even sent an email to ask if the package had been delivered safely. A faulty product is disappointing but what matters is how a seller deals with this and in this case the seller was excellent.
