It went to the wrong house number, after contacting seller who told me it had been delivered to me, (which it hadn't) and said go to your sorting office to enquire, which i did, 40 mins later they couldn't get to the bottom of it,said they would phone me, they didn't,told me it had been delivered to my address (it hadn't) Contacted head office and put in a complaint as to why it went to wrong number. no one wanted to take any responsibility.
