Seller was willing to give us a small refund and allow us to keep the book and we will attempt to repair the book. Seller did offer a full refund if we return the book. The book was as described prior to the damage in shipping.

Tracking information was provided immediately after purchase, the item arrived as described/pictured and the talking figure Cyndaquil was fine inside. I am very satisfied with the purchase and I am so glad I was able to get this Cyndaquil Pokemon Toy Figure Vintage 2001! He is very rare for me. I definitely plan to buy from this seller again! Wish the seller was willing to communicate more about it but they did respond quickly. Packaging could have been a bit better but might have been usps fault as well. Overall a good experience. Shoes looks like photos.
