Two items were just placed in a cardboard box with absolutely nothing inside to protect them. Box was left outside (box too large for mailbox) and it poured down with heavy rain. Box was soaking wet and falling apart. Shoes and jacket were soaking wet. A shipping invoice was included…good. I like helping this organization but I’ll have to reconsider buying again.

Packaged too snuggly in a box so that the shoe was bent and the suede toe was rubbing against the j side of the box. But all in all, they were received as described, slightly used but good condition. The price was low enough to make up for it.
