They held my package for no reason for 2 days, which delayed the arrival of the slide and we didn’t have it for the birthday party that we ordered it for. The seller is stellar and had great communication!

The item shipped quickly and arrived within a few days as advertised. The box it was packaged in was not the prettiest, but that was indicated in the listing, so I didn't mind. The product itself was undamaged and spotless. Fantastic product, just as described. I immediately used it for dinner upon receiving it, and I am very happy overall with my experience and purchase.
