    Brand new Grohe faucet in unopened box, with slight damage to the box, but the contents in perfect condition,. Delivery was prompt and everything exactly as promised. The only minor suggestion I would offer is that the lack of a shipping box creates a potential for damage. Happily, there was no damage to the contents. All in all, this was a great value for which I'm appreciative.

    This Citizen Promaster dive watch arrived in good condition, except that the outer box had a gouge in it that also damaged the watch box inside. I think this was the fault of the shipper, not the vendor, and the "scuba tank" watch case and watch were not damaged and the watch itself works fine. I like that this vendor has free shipping, but be aware that they don't accept returns. I saved over $100 over the retail store price, so overall I'm pleased with this purchase.
