At first offered to send the silver one at no charge and I could keep the gold one. He showed an invoice saying I ordered gold. He ten went silent. Beware of this seller. He says one thing and does another.

After explaining that would not be acceptable as the neck was completely unusable. Was told that I had to pay to have it returned for a refund. After explaining that when sent a faulty product the seller is responsible for return post. They again refused and told me that if I wanted a perfect neck that it would cost me $200 plus.
