Reached out to seller 2 different times after the purchase and they never replied. Finally after over a week waiting and no communication from the seller I escalated it to eBay indicating the item was never received. eBay said they would notify the seller and give them 3 days to reply. Still never received a reply so eBay ended up refunding me my money. Horrible communication from seller!!
