First - the wrong connector cord was included. Seller included hdmi to hdmi cord but no hdmi connection available on monitor. After I figured out what I needed, the cord was $16.95 plus drive to store = result: cost of my time, cost of cord and price on ebay. Second - removing the packaging revealed tape residue on the backside. Doesn't interfere with working but a pain to remove all that residue.

The packaging was christmas wrap and a sleeve of cardboard on the screen which is not sufficient for a monitor and it did arrive damaged with the frame out of place and the corner cracked. We were able to get the screen frame clicked back into place and it did turn on so we will be keeping it but more protective packaging could have prevented this.
