There was a small issue with the new battery they installed being dead when it arrived, but that's just a dud from the factory and happens sometimes. The game is authentic, functions, and saves as it should with a new battery and it's of great value to me. I love the Pokémon Red nostalgia. I would recommend this seller.

Had an issue with a broken case and they shipped out a replacement alongside doing a deal on several other games. They arrived in new condition and appear to be untouched the quality is that good. Great value and would 100% do it again. Was kind and helpful the entire time.
