I think this was the fault of the shipper, not the vendor, and the "scuba tank" watch case and watch were not damaged and the watch itself works fine. I like that this vendor has free shipping, but be aware that they don't accept returns. I saved over $100 over the retail store price, so overall I'm pleased with this purchase.
