Seller provided immediate feedback and resolution alternatives. This is how all sellers should communicate. The cooktop did arrive as the seller predicted. Once I gave it a good cleaning, it was in much much better condition than my old one. Just installed it and is working great on a 29 year old stove. Saved me about $800. Thank you.
