The shipping was quick, the packaging was great and the item (bathroom fan motor) appeared in brand new condition as described. It didn't work when I applied power. I asked the seller what they could do for me, the response was quick and I was issued a complete refund. I would trust this seller for another purchase if they had an item I wanted again. Thanks for going over the top.
