I was expecting my hat to come in a bag like Amazon does, however it came in a bag within a box. It arrived in perfect condition and the item was just as pictured and described. I am very satisfied and I should add that 2 days after adding the item to my cart, I got an offer making it a few dollars cheaper on me. Very convenient and satisfying.
