These were consistent with the photos (though it didn't show a little repair that had been done. it's not a problem, just a little surprise). Overall very happy and I'd shop with Lorelei's again!

Handbag was loose and unpadded in a thin mailing bubble bag. Postal service folded it and stuffed the package into my tiny mailbox. I could hardly get it out. I tried to be careful. It now has some dents (minor but there) in the pebbled leather. Disappointing.
