Bubble wrapped sleeve, I knew that this seller was presenting a higher quality product! Laptops arrived as described, very clean, and the screens are perfect. A couple of dings but that was a possibility per the description. Fair pricing and the submit offer was also fair. Definitely coming back to shop for a replacement unit for my wife's macbook
