They were almost half price as an open-box (but still new) item. Shipping was as promised. I only gave them 4 stars on communication because my question took two days or more to be answered (which isn’t a BIG deal). Like I said, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Overall it was a great experience and I’m loving these Polk Audio Atrium 4 speakers!

While the receiver arrived in good shape, the packing was horrible. The box was falling apart. There was a foam bottom the receiver sat upon -- but no other restraining or cushioning foam. It's a genuine miracle it wasn't damaged badly in shipping.
