The item was just wrapped some bubble wrap in a bag - not well packaged for what the item is. When a query was raised with the seller about the missing items, the reply was blunt and rude - no attempt to resolve, just said to return it. It was just put into a box that was too big for the Router and it had nothing else in the box to stop the Router from bagging about. Other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase.
