On opening the parcel the presentation was fab. It came in a lovely hat box, with a centrepiece installed inside the dome of the hat to keep its shape, there was a lovely dust cover over the hat plus a plastic bag & then lots of tissue paper, excellent. It was as described but better and the price was fab. Thank you.

Arrived on time and the packaging was fantastic as the jacket was in a garment bag, which was a really nice touch! The jacket itself is as described and feels butter-soft and light to touch. In excellent condition too, so it’s going to get lots of use! I love finding a pre-loved piece of clothing that lives up to its description as it’s absolutely the best value for money you can get. Sure I’ll be back to see what else is available!
