Wrapped thoroughly in bubble wrap etc. It was as described and I was pleased that the bowl was in such great shape due to being previously used. The value of the item was fabulous however deliver charge I thought was a little high considering it was almost the total cost of the item. Other than that, I say the seller was wonderful to deal with and it was a very positive experience
