The Epson Artisan inkjet printer features a 7.8-inch touch panel and a 3.5-inch LCD, which means you can check and change printing settings easily. Create tools for the workplace or safely store family memories with the featured professional quality CD/DVD printing from Epson. Use the included Print Creations software to create impressive invitations, greeting cards, and photo books. Simply drag and drop your photos into the designer templates provided. With a fax speed of 33.6 KB per second, your documents will reach their recipient quickly and efficiently. You can also scan or copy stacks of documents easily with the built-in 30-page auto document feeder. The Epson Artisan 800 printer takes 6 Claria high-definition ink cartridges, one 98 high-capacity black ink cartridge, five 99 standard-capacity color ink cartridges including cyan, magenta, yellow, light cyan, and light magenta. The Epson Artisan also works with 98 high-capacity color ink cartridges. Replacing the ink cartridges is simple with a pop-and-pull mechanism.     Shipping and packaging were outstanding as well as Sellers communication. Unfortunately the product (printer) was inoperable once it arrived. Notified Seller and they immediately refunded my purchase, tax, and shipping costs. Very honorable Seller, I just would have liked to have had a working product and less inconvenience. Mistakes happen, and Seller stood behind their product without question, and because of that I would buy again from them.
