There was a small issue with the package being misdelivered by the post office, but the seller was very responsive and willing to work with me to resolve it. The seller described the item as “new” in “original packaging” leading me to believe it’s brand new. Well the item I got was obviously swapped out with a used one. Minor scratches on it, dirt in the buttons, and one of the buttons didn’t function at all rendering it useless. The shop doesn’t accept returns and probably for this reason, they don’t sell items as described. Also the issue here that you contacted us after 40+ days after delivery, which is outside eBay’s 30-day guarantee, but most of the items has a manufacture warranty, to cover for any issues after could happen.
