    The eyeshadow is gorgeous and just as pictured. It arrived very quickly and was packaged well. Bubble wrapping them individually to keep them safe during transit was so appreciated! The eyeshadow palettes arrived intact without breaking because of this. I am so happy and impressed with buying from this seller. It was very professional and a great experience. I'd be a repeat customer for sure!

    This “new with defects” coat arrived within the time frame expected and is is exactly as described by the seller, who provided close-ups of the defects. I personally would have preferred that, as a high-quality garment, it had been packaged in a larger box and wrapped carefully in lots of tissue. Fitting it into a too-small box without cushioning gave it deep wrinkles that took hours to steam out. Otherwise, it was a good buying experience with a good seller, and I now have a lovely coat!
